Formación

We are looking for an EMEA Engineering Sales Representative to join our global operations team.

Your mission will be to drive commercial growth across our portfolio of industrial machinery, consumables, spare parts, and technical service solutions. This role blends technical expertise with strong sales capabilities to build lasting customer relationships, identify new business opportunities, and meet revenue targets.

Key responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell capital equipment, consumables, spare parts, and after-sales services.
  • Develop new business and maintain existing customer relationships.
  • Deliver tailored product presentations, demonstrations, and proposals.
  • Manage customer relationships at operational, purchasing, and executive levels.
  • Provide technical support on product applications, troubleshooting, and performance.
  • Collaborate with engineering and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and reports.
  • Maintain CRM records and negotiate pricing, quotes, and commercial terms.

Qualifications and key competencies:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field) or equivalent technical background.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales of industrial machinery or technical products.
  • Previous experience in the meat processing industry is an asset.
  • Fluency in English, Spanish & French are an asset.
  • Strong technical understanding of complex machinery and processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to travel often (domestic and/or international).
  • Results-driven with a strong focus on sales growth.
  • Customer-oriented with excellent relationship-building skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong commercial awareness and business acumen.
