Avnet Business Services GmbH in Madrid is offering the EMEA Engineering Graduate Program, a 15-month traineeship designed to bring fresh graduates into the world of electronics distribution and technology solutions. You will gain hands-on experience through onboarding, workshops, and real projects while being mentored by experienced professionals.

The program emphasizes English and Spanish fluency, curiosity, and willingness to learn, with opportunities to work across EMEA and possibly abroad.

Formación

• Electronic engineering degree or comparable.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Local driving license.
• Willing to travel and work abroad.

Responsabilidades

• Traineeship includes onboarding week, workshops, and projects within the graduate trainee community.
• Participate in a 15-month program with mentoring and cross-functional exposure.
• Contribute to engineering and commercial discussions across EMEA locations.

The program is scheduled for 15 months. The next start date is October 01st, 2026.
