Avnet Abacus, part of Avnet, is expanding its Technical Engineer Support team in Madrid. The role blends technical insight with proactive sales activities to address customer needs and drive product adoption.

You will partner with engineering and production teams, identify design opportunities, and deliver training to customers. A degree in engineering/electronics and strong communication are essential for success in this fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, electronics or related field.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Fluent in English; able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to build relationships across teams and with customers.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement technical sales account penetration strategies.
• Identify and engage key technical decision makers within accounts.
• Collaborate with design, production and engineering teams to meet customer needs.
• Provide technical sales training and develop sales tools for value storytelling.
• Track major design opportunities from concept to production and coordinate with suppliers.
