Amazon Data Services Spain, S.L.U. is seeking a Senior Pre-Construction Manager to lead cross-functional Data Center projects from site selection through permitting and contract execution, delivering cost, schedule and constructibility guidance.

You will develop and apply design standards, review global templates, negotiate with general contractors and coordinate with Real Estate, Design Engineering, Construction, finance, and landlords to drive scope, milestones and successful hand-overs.

Formación

• 7+ years of Construction Site Management experience on large-scale industrial/infrastructure projects.
• 7+ years in End to End mission critical facilities (design, pre-construction, scheduling, construction and commissioning).
• Knowledge of civil, electric and mechanical engineering principles.
• Fluent English and Spanish spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Review and input into global standards and data center template designs.
• Manage complex, cross-functional Data Center projects from site selection through permitting and contract execution.
• Keep scope progress under control by driving decisions and clearing blockers.
• Coordinate with Real Estate, Design Engineering, Construction, finance, architects, engineers, permitting agencies, developers and landlords to secure resources and drive milestones.
• Conduct negotiations with general contractors and evaluate bids/proposals for scope inclusions/exclusions and cost.
