Colgate-Palmolive is seeking an Ecommerce Trainee to support the Ecommerce team with website operations, product content, online promotions, and performance reporting across the eCommerce environment. This internship provides exposure to global brands within a multinational setting and involves collaborating with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, supply chain, IT, and customer service.

• Experience in companies would be a plus.
• Fluency in English is required; other European languages are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Product & Content Management: support setup and maintenance of product listings and digital assets, ensuring SEO-friendly content.
• Site Operations & User Experience: assist online promotions, basic on-site merchandising, checks on product pages for a smooth UX.
• Performance Tracking & Reporting: help track campaigns, maintain simple dashboards, consolidate weekly/monthly reports.
• Campaign & Cross-Functional Support: coordinate marketing materials with internal teams and external agencies for launches and promos.
• Administrative & Process Support: prepare presentations and update ecommerce processes and docs.

We are looking for an Ecommerce Trainee to assist the Ecommerce team with website operations, product content, online promotions, and performance reporting across the eCommerce environment.

Key Responsibilities

Product & Content Management:Support setup and maintenance of product listings and digital assets (images, banners, PDFs, videos), ensuring accurate, up-to-date, SEO-friendly content aligned with brand guidelines.

Site Operations & User Experience:Help execute online promotions, implement basic on-site merchandising (featured products, sorting, cross/upsell), and perform checks on product pages/navigation to ensure a smooth user experience.

Performance Tracking & Reporting:Assist in tracking campaign and channel performance (traffic, clicks, conversions, sales KPIs), maintain simple tracking files/dashboards, consolidate weekly/monthly reports, and flag obvious issues.

Campaign & Cross-Functional Support:Support digital campaigns (email, paid media, social, search) by coordinating materials with internal teams/agencies and following up with marketing, sales, supply chain, IT, and customer service on launches, promos, stock, and website fixes.

Administrative & Process Support:Help prepare presentations, documents, meeting agendas/notes, and contribute to updating eCommerce processes and documentation, as well as handling ad hoc tasks assigned by the eCommerce Manager.

Required Qualifications

University degree at a minimum, BS degree in marketing or a related field.

Previous experience in companies would be preferable.

English fluency is mandated, other European languages would be a plus

Excel know how is mandated.
