GMV is expanding its defense team in Madrid to develop embedded navigation software for aeronautical applications. As part of the software team you will contribute to certifiable software and hardware/software integration.

The role requires an engineering degree and knowledge of C/C++, Python, Linux, RTOS, and DO-178C, avionics and navigation systems. We offer hybrid working, relocation options, flexible hours, and a strong development plan.

Formación

• Knowledge of software development (including programming in C/C++, Python, Linux, RTOS, etc.).
• Knowledge of software integration activities (e.g., CI/CD pipeline, Jenkins, Git) and software/hardware.
• Knowledge of software development standards, in particular DO-178C.
• Knowledge of avionics systems.
• Knowledge of navigation systems.

Responsabilidades

• Implementation of certifiable software.
• Development of technical software documentation.
• Hardware/software integration activities.
• Review of testing results (including unit tests, code coverage, integration, and system-level tests, etc.).
