A technology group based in Spain is looking for a graduate in Telecommunications, Electronics, or Industrial Engineering to work on the development of navigation software for defense systems. The role includes critical software development, HW/SW integration, and documentation. Candidates should have experience with C/C++, Python, and real-time operating systems. Formación

• Experience with GNSS and INS systems is valued.

Overview

GMV is a technology group with extensive experience. We are expanding our teams to take part in the development of critical navigation software for defense systems. For more information, visit the GMV website.

What challenge will you be taking on?

In our team, you will participate in the design, specification, integration, and validation of embedded systems on ground platforms, focused on navigation applications in highly demanding military environments. You will work on the design and development of navigation systems capable of operating in critical environments. Your tasks will include:

• Critical software development.
• HW/SW integration.
• Technical documentation.
• Close collaboration with navigation, verification, and HW design teams.

What do we need in our team?

For this position, we are looking for graduates in Telecommunications, Electronics, Industrial Engineering, or similar fields, with prior experience in:

• C/C++ and Python programming languages.
• Real-time operating systems (FreeRTOS, Zephyr, VxWorks...).
• Linux and Embedded Linux (BSP, Yocto, Device Tree).
• VCS (Git, Subversion).
• Scripting.

We will also value prior experience and knowledge in:

• Navigation systems (GNSS, INS...).
• Embedded systems.
• JavaScript, Node.js.
