Esade seeks to support EMBA participants in their professional development by delivering high-impact career services and coordinating with internal careers teams, the Alumni department and external partners to ensure a seamless student experience.

The role focuses on shaping the Career Journey, providing career advising and coaching, staying informed about market opportunities, and analyzing employment data to improve the journey and overall student experience.

Formación

• 5-10 years of experience in career advising, recruitment, headhunting or employer relations.
• Experience in working with international and senior profiles.
• Student-centered mindset and excellent people skills.
• Stakeholder management and collaboration.
• Analytical thinking and strategic decision making.
• Self-driven and excellence mindset.
• Thrives in a dynamic, multicultural, and fast-changing environment.
• Advanced level of English and Spanish is a must.

Responsabilidades

• Define and implement a career journey that offers relevant activities and timely support for the professional growth of EMBA participants.
• Collaborate with internal Careers teams, Alumni department and external collaborators to ensure consistent delivery and high service standards.
• Provide career advising & coaching to participants to define objectives and develop growth strategies; support preparation for selection processes.
• Manage the network of advisors, career coaches, market experts and executives to ensure a seamless experience.
• Stay informed about recruitment trends, employer expectations and market opportunities relevant to EMBA student profiles.
• Facilitate connections with industry professionals, hiring managers, and headhunters through the alumni network and EMBA community.
• Collect and analyze employment data to translate into insights for improvements to the Career Journey and student experience.
