Overview

Join Concentrix, a global leader in technology and customer experience services, as an Email Marketing Specialist in Barcelona, Spain. In this role, you will manage and optimize email and push notification campaigns to enhance customer engagement for prominent brands across various industries, including tech, finance, travel, fashion, and healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the communications calendar, coordinating email blasts and push notifications.
• Collaborate with CRM Strategists to prepare comprehensive briefs and ensure all products have appropriate visual materials.
• Work closely with internal departments (Commercial, Image, and Communication) to align materials and meet deadlines.
• Coordinate with copywriters to draft and validate content, ensuring alignment with CRM strategies.
• Manage content translation in collaboration with translation agencies, ensuring cultural and linguistic adaptation for each market.
• Develop and update email and push notification templates, incorporating translations and specific links for each market.
• Assist in creating campaign performance reports and analyze results to inform decision-making.
• Handle unsubscribe requests in compliance with privacy guidelines.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish and advanced in English (both written and spoken).
• Proven experience in marketing, particularly with email and push notification campaigns in digital environments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with design tools like Adobe and Canva is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to data accuracy for effective decision-making.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid model, attending the Tordera, Barcelona office twice a week during the adaptation phase.
• Immediate availability and adaptability to change, with problem-solving abilities.

Incentives

• Permanent full-time contract (39 hours / week : Monday to Friday, 9 : 00 to 18 : 00).
• Competitive salary of €18,400 gross per year, plus up to €4,800 gross per year in bonuses.
