Job summary

ABB is seeking a Sales Operations Assistant to support proposals, track KPIs, and assist with commercial projects in Basque Country, Spain. You will help maintain customer databases, prepare materials, and support CRM tools while coordinating with internal teams and distributors.

The role emphasizes collaboration, documentation management, and offering effective sales support across campaigns and product launches. English proficiency and advanced Excel are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering (preferably specializing in Electrical Engineering).
• English – Intermediate / Upper-Intermediate.
• Office software proficiency with advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing proposals and tracking sales KPIs / commercial indicators.
• Collaborate with various departments to support commercial projects.
• Update and maintain customer and sales opportunity databases.
• Assist in the follow-up of ongoing offers and projects.
• Manage and archive commercial documentation.
• Prepare sales presentations and support materials.
• Coordinate and follow up on action items with internal teams.
• Support the use of CRM tools and other sales management software.
• Assist with sales campaigns and product launches.
• Track issues/incidents and support communication with customers and distributors.
• Perform administrative tasks related to sales operations.
