Oxigent Technologies seeks an experienced Technical Leader to drive the technical execution of Digital Power projects across Europe. You will act as the technical owner from tendering through commissioning, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and defining innovative solutions for critical infrastructure, data centers and industrial facilities.

Formación

• 7+ years leading technical projects in energy, automation, power & grid, data centers or oil & gas environments.
• Experience with tendering, engineering, execution and commissioning.
• Knowledge of industrial communications protocols (e.g., Modbus) and digital power solutions.

• Lead the technical scope of Digital Power projects from tendering to commissioning.
• Act as the main technical point of contact for customers and stakeholders.
• Define and validate technical solutions aligned with customer requirements.

Join an international team delivering innovative Digital Power solutions for critical infrastructures, industrial facilities and data centers across Europe.

We are looking for an experienced Technical Leader to drive the technical execution of complex projects from tendering to commissioning, acting as the key technical reference for customers, engineering teams and project stakeholders

Your mission

As Technical Leader, you will be the technical owner of Digital Power projects across Europe, supporting customers and project teams from the proposal stage through engineering, testing and commissionining.

You will play a key role in defining technical solutions, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and ensuring successful project delivery while meeting customer expectations in terms of quality, performance, budget and schedule.

Working in an international environment, you will collaborate closely with Project Managers, engineering teams, customers and technology partners to deliver innovative solutions for power distribution, energy and critical infrastructure projects.

The role includes occasional travel across Europe (up to 25%) to support customers, project teams, factories and key project milestone

Main responsibilities

• Lead the technical scope of Digital Power projects from tendering to commissioning
• Act as the main technical point of contact for customers and key stakeholders

• Support continuous improvement initiatives and mentor junior engineer

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering or similar
• Minimum 7 years of experience leading technical projects within Energy, Industrial Automation, Power & Grid, Data Centers or Oil & Gas environments
• Proven experience managing the full project lifecycle: Tendering, Engineering, Execution and Commissioning
• Spanish is a plus
• Preparation and validation of technical offers (Tendering)/Electrical power systems/Electrical distribution systems and substations/Data Center solutions/Power & Grid environments.
• Knowledge of industrial communication protocols, including Modbus
• Experience with Digital Power solutions and major industry vendors such as Schneider Electric, ABB or Siemens is considered a plus
