Oxigent Technologies seeks an experienced Technical Leader to drive the technical execution of Digital Power projects across Europe. You will act as the technical owner from tendering through commissioning, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and defining innovative solutions for critical infrastructure, data centers and industrial facilities.

Formación

• 7+ years leading technical projects in energy, automation, power & grid, data centers or oil & gas environments.
• Experience with tendering, engineering, execution and commissioning.
• Knowledge of industrial communications protocols (e.g., Modbus) and digital power solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the technical scope of Digital Power projects from tendering to commissioning.
• Act as the main technical point of contact for customers and stakeholders.
• Define and validate technical solutions aligned with customer requirements.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams across international projects.
• Oversee engineering, integration, testing and commissioning activities.
• Manage technical risks and support project execution.
• Lead technical discussions and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the lifecycle.
• Collaborate with project managers, suppliers and partners to secure delivery.
• Support continuous improvement and mentor junior engineers.
