Oxigent Technologies is seeking an experienced Technical Leader to drive the technical execution of complex Digital Power projects across Europe. You will serve as the key technical reference for customers, engineering teams and stakeholders, from tendering to commissioning.

In this role you will define technical solutions, coordinate multidisciplinary teams and ensure delivery within quality, performance, budget and schedule. Occasional travel across Europe (up to 25%) is involved.

Formación

• Degree in Electrical/Industrial/Electronics Engineering or similar.
• Minimum 7 years of experience leading technical projects in Energy, Industrial Automation, Power & Grid, Data Centers or Oil & Gas.
• Proven full project lifecycle experience: Tendering to Commissioning.
• English B2/C1 minimum; Spanish is a plus.
• Knowledge of industrial communication protocols (Modbus).

Join an international team delivering innovative Digital Power solutions for critical infrastructures, industrial facilities and data centers across Europe.

We are looking for an experienced Technical Leader to drive the technical execution of complex projects from tendering to commissioning, acting as the key technical reference for customers, engineering teams and project stakeholders

Your mission

As Technical Leader, you will be the technical owner of Digital Power projects across Europe, supporting customers and project teams from the proposal stage through engineering, testing and commissionining.

You will play a key role in defining technical solutions, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and ensuring successful project delivery while meeting customer expectations in terms of quality, performance, budget and schedule.

Working in an international environment, you will collaborate closely with Project Managers, engineering teams, customers and technology partners to deliver innovative solutions for power distribution, energy and critical infrastructure projects.

The role includes occasional travel across Europe (up to 25%) to support customers, project teams, factories and key project milestone

Main responsibilities

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering or similar
• Minimum 7 years of experience leading technical projects within Energy, Industrial Automation, Power & Grid, Data Centers or Oil & Gas environments
• Proven experience managing the full project lifecycle: Tendering, Engineering, Execution and Commissioning
• English B2/C1 minimum (mandatory)
• Spanish is a plus
• Preparation and validation of technical offers (Tendering)/Electrical power systems/Electrical distribution systems and substations/Data Center solutions/Power & Grid environments.
• Knowledge of industrial communication protocols, including Modbus
• Experience with Digital Power solutions and major industry vendors such as Schneider Electric, ABB or Siemens is considered a plus
