Eaton Corporation is seeking a Data Center Design Manager (Electrical) based in Spain. This role involves managing innovative data center design solutions, requiring a strategic thinker with strong electrical engineering experience.

The successful candidate will lead multidisciplinary engineering teams, mentor junior staff, and ensure high-quality project deliverables. The role demands proven experience in mission-critical facilities and fluent communication in Spanish and/or Italian and English.

Formación

• 8-10 years of experience in electrical engineering for mission critical facilities.
• Master’s degree is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage electrical design from concept through to construction support.
• Provide technical leadership on critical design aspects.
• Mentor the Data Center Design & Engineering team.
• Review and approve electrical designs and specifications.
• Lead project teams and conduct value engineering.
