Leap29 seeks an experienced Electrical Engineer to lead the design of electrical systems for high‑impact buildings across Europe. You will own projects from concept to completion and collaborate with BIM teams to produce robust designs and construction documentation.

The role requires a degree in Electrical or Industrial Engineering and 5+ years of relevant experience, with strong LV/MV knowledge and English at C1 level or above.

• Degree required in Electrical or Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience on complex engineering projects is essential.
• Strong knowledge of LV and MV systems and protection coordination.
• Proficiency with electrical design tools and standards.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the design and development of electrical systems for complex buildings.
• Deliver feasibility studies, detailed designs and construction documentation.
• Produce electrical calculations, single line diagrams and technical specs.
• Collaborate with BIM teams, guiding modelling and reviewing outputs.
• Present and defend technical solutions to clients with confidence.
• Ensure projects meet quality, cost, and timeline targets.

Responsibilities:

As a key member of the Electrical Engineering team, you’ll take ownership of projects from concept to completion.

• Lead the design and development of electrical systems for complex buildings
• Deliver feasibility studies, detailed designs & construction documentation
• Produce electrical calculations, single line diagrams & technical specs
• Collaborate closely with BIM teams, guiding modelling and reviewing outproducts
• Present and defend technical solutions to clients with confidence
• Ensure projects meet quality, cost, and timeline targets

Requirements:

• Degree in Electrical or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent)
• 5+ years’ experience on complex engineering projects
• Strong knowledge of LV & MV systems
• Protection coordination
• Cable sizing & electrical studies
• Experience with tools like ETAP, Caneco (or similar)English level C1 or above
