• Help our industrialization process to implement state-of-the‑art tools and methods
• Write the process standards and manage them in the Methods&Processes meetings
• Help the electrical workshop during everyday operations
• Deploy digital solutions in the Production system
• Use data analytics techniques to forecast tendencies and preventive actions
• Drive and foster the creation of new ideas, together with our partners
• Be the guardian of electrical knowledge: learn and teach
• Expand our influence in other workshops of our company, importing their good practices and exporting ours
• Help our Sypply Chain to be early‑adopters of high‑tech solutions
• Use Operational Excellence tools to deploy quick‑wins in our value chain
• Help our workshop to change their mindset, and create a digital environment
