Job summary

Eaton in Zaragoza, Spain is seeking a Project EHS Specialist to drive and support Environmental, Health and Safety activities across the MED Cluster, ensuring compliance and continuous improvement. You will partner with project teams, customers and internal stakeholders to deploy MESH programs and lead incident investigations.

The role requires regular travel to the Zaragoza area, a strong safety mindset, and opportunities for professional growth through Eaton University and internal development

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in EHS program management within industrial or service project environments.
• Health and Safety professional education in Spain (Máster Universitario en Prevencion de Riesgos Laborales).
• Master/ Engineering degree in a relevant related subject is an advantage.
• Project management certificate or course is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Promote EHS culture and ensure compliance with legal and company standards across projects.
• Act as the EHS interface with customers, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Lead EHS incident reporting, investigations and corrective actions.
• Deliver EHS training and toolbox talks to teams on projects sites.
• Plan and coordinate EHS activities through the full project lifecycle.
