Lurn Media Ltd. is seeking an experienced Performance Marketing Specialist to own and scale ads across Meta, TikTok, Google, YouTube and LinkedIn from a fully remote setup.

You will optimize campaigns to lower CPL, improve ROAS, and align creative briefs with data insights, while keeping a full-funnel mindset and beating KPIs for education brands.

You’ll collaborate with a Creative Team to translate insights into sharper ads and stay ahead of platform changes for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 3–4+ years of hands-on experience managing and scaling Meta, TikTok, Google, YouTube and LinkedIn Ads — ideally at an agency
• Ability to set up tracking and interpret metrics precisely
• Strong creative strategy sense and its impact on performance
• Understanding full-funnel marketing — TOFU, MOFU, BOFU as a planning framework
• Native-level English; CET ±2 hours compatibility
• Great attention to detail; you double-check pixels and data before launch
• You’re adaptable and data-driven, willing to shift approaches when needed

Responsabilités

• Run campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google, YouTube, and LinkedIn to fill classrooms and hit KPIs
• Dive deep into client goals, audiences, and what success looks like beyond clicks
• Analyze data to lower CPLs, improve ROAS, and raise lead quality
• Bridge data and creative by briefing the Creative Team with performance insights
• Stay ahead of platform updates and adopt best practices without waiting for a blog post
