Symrise is seeking a highly analytical Regional Business Analyst to support the Aroma Molecules business across the EAME region. You will act as a strategic partner to the Regional VP Sales, delivering market intelligence, demand validation, forecasting insights and commercial analytics to drive profitable growth.

• Bachelor's degree in a business or analytics field.
• Advanced degree an asset but not required.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain regional market intelligence dashboards and analytics tools.
• Monitor market trends, demand patterns, pricing developments and competitive activity.
• Validate commercial demand assumptions across customers, products and segments.
• Analyze performance to identify growth, risks and portfolio optimization opportunities.
• Support forecasting, S&OP and business planning processes with data-driven insights.
• Improve forecast accuracy by identifying key demand drivers and gaps.
• Conduct profitability analyses by customer, product and market segment.
• Support pricing strategy and commercial decision-making.
