International Flavors & Fragrances Inc. is seeking an EMEA Commercial Finance Analyst in Oviedo, Spain, hybrid role. You will support regional finance leaders in FP&A, forecasting, and strategic planning across the EMEA Ingredients division.

You will analyze financial data, drive budgeting processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver insights that improve performance and decision-making. English fluency and strong modeling skills are essential.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, preferably in an international environment.
• Degree in Finance, Economics, or Business (MBA is a plus).
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to identify trends, drivers, and financial impacts.
• Advanced skills in Excel, Power BI, Power Query or similar tools; proven financial modeling experience.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate weekly and monthly reporting of sales, gross profit, and RSA costs for the EMEA region.
• Support forecasting processes and improve forecast accuracy.
• Analyze financial data to identify key performance drivers and actionable insights.
• Assist in preparing monthly regional business reviews.
• Drive budgeting and strategic planning processes for the region.
• Support pricing strategy design and execution to optimize performance.
