Symrise in Barcelona seeks a Senior Manager - Master Data Management to lead enterprise MDM initiatives, ensure data quality, and align governance with enterprise data and AI standards.

You will drive governance frameworks, data consolidation, and cross-functional collaboration across business domains, technology teams, and stakeholders, enabling trusted, well-governed information across the group.

Formación

• Experience in Master Data Management, data governance, or related data disciplines.
• Strong understanding of data governance frameworks and data quality principles.
• Experience leading cross-functional programs or enterprise initiatives.
• Knowledge of master data processes, controls, and lifecycle management.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working across business and technology teams.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Passion for data-driven transformation and continuous improvement.
• Fluent English skills; additional languages are a plus.

As Senior Manager - Master Data Management, you will play a key role in ensuring Symrise's master data is well-governed, reliable, and aligned with enterprise-wide data and AI governance standards. You will lead initiatives that improve master data quality, support efficient consolidation and access processes, and drive adoption across business domains. This role combines strategic leadership, governance expertise, and cross-functional collaboration to strengthen the foundation for data-driven decision-making across the organization.
