Zimmer Biomet is seeking an analytics professional to own the analytics and insights pillar across EMEA, turning sales, customer, and territory data into actionable recommendations that drive field productivity and go-to-market execution. Predictive modeling is core to this role, including sales performance and market opportunity forecasting.

The role also provides analytical support to core commercial excellence processes and safeguards the accuracy and trust of the reporting environment.

Formación

• Experience 4-7+ years in commercial analytics, sales operations, or data science.
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field; master’s a plus.
• Strong written and verbal English; excellent stakeholder communication.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and validate predictive models for sales performance and market sizing.
• Develop territory alignment, call plan optimization, and segmentation models.
• Write production-quality Python/R and SQL for repeatable pipelines.
• Own commercial dashboards and reporting (Power BI) for field leadership.
• Analyze CRM, market share, and sales data to surface trends and risks.
• Support incentive compensation design and scenario analyses.
• Translate business questions into structured analyses and actionable recommendations.
• Present findings to sales leadership in decision-ready formats.
• Track model performance post-launch and refine with new data.
