Estudio Nacar in Barcelona seeks a UX Designer, AI Experiences to shape the future of AI-powered SaaS experiences—designing intuitive, user-centered interfaces while actively leveraging AI throughout the design and product development process to accelerate innovation and deliver user value faster.

Candidates should have 5+ years of UX/Product/Interaction design experience, a strong portfolio of AI-driven interfaces, and proficiency with Figma.

Formación

5+ years of experience in UX, Product Design, Interaction Design or related disciplines.
Proven experience designing AI-powered products for enterprise or SaaS platforms.
Strong portfolio demonstrating AI-driven user experiences and complex workflow design.
Deep understanding of AI interaction patterns — including conversational UX, copilots, intelligent recommendations and automation workflows.
Experience incorporating AI tools into day-to-day design workflows to improve speed, quality and efficiency.
Experience creating high-fidelity prototypes, workflows, user flows, wireframes and production-ready specifications using Figma and AI-powered tools.
Passion for emerging technologies, with a mindset of continuous experimentation with new AI capabilities.
Excellent communication, storytelling and stakeholder management skills.
Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Responsabilidades

Design AI-powered user experiences for SaaS platforms, including copilots, intelligent assistants and automated workflows.
Define interaction patterns balancing human control with AI-generated recommendations and actions.
Create intuitive experiences that build user trust through transparency and feedback mechanisms.
Conduct and synthesize user research to identify opportunities and improve UX solutions.
Create detailed design specifications and documentation for efficient engineering implementation.
Develop scalable design assets, component definitions and patterns for handoff to development.
Leverage AI tools throughout the design lifecycle to accelerate discovery, prototyping and validation.
Apply AI-driven workflows to increase design efficiency while maintaining high-quality UX.
Use AI to generate and iterate on wireframes, user flows, concepts and UX copy.
Extend and evolve design systems to support AI interaction patterns and guidelines.
