Tribute Brands is seeking an IT Support professional to provide hands-on, day-to-day technology operations support across our studio locations in Barcelona. You will be the first point of contact for internal teams and Franchise Partners, ensuring systems are stable, secure and scalable.

Experience with Microsoft 365 in a similar role is required, with familiarity with platforms like Momence, Accuro, MTS and WordPress.

Formación

• Experience with Microsoft 365 in a similar role is required.
• Hands-on with modern IT systems and platforms (e.g., Microsoft 365, CRM, Wordpress).
• Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Provide first-line IT support across all studio locations, resolving hardware, software and connectivity issues.
• Support third-party platforms including Momence, Accuro, and MTS.
• Administer core systems: Microsoft 365, Asana, Zoho One, WordPress.
• Manage domain/DNS, web hosting, and basic website updates.
