Formación

• Track record of shipping enterprise B2B software adopted by customers (customers accepted).
• Entrepreneurial judgment when information is incomplete.
• Ability to choose direction and own the result.
• Experience with product discovery processes.
• Ability to collaborate with engineers, sales and executives while maintaining relationships.
• Fluent English.

Responsabilidades

• Own product decisions for the team’s area of the BLP Platform and prioritize what gets built.
• Own the outcomes for which the team is accountable.
• Conduct discovery to deeply understand users and customers.
• Identify which product decisions require evidence first.
• Shape the product strategy with leadership and domain experts.
• Shape intake, prioritization and operating rhythm as the team scales.
• Define the standard for product management at BLP.
• Collaborate with the stream-aligned team, SATs, platform teams, customers, founders, and domain experts.

BLP Digital develops agentic AI solutions for ERP automation, helping enterprises automate finance, procurement, logistics, sales, and other business processes.

The SaaS platform operates in more than 40 countries, serves over 550 customers, and automates more than 70,000 processes daily.

Задачи:

• Own product decisions for the team’s area of the BLP Platform, including what gets built, in what order, and why
• Own the outcomes for which the team is accountable
• Conduct discovery to understand users and customers deeply enough to make most decisions independently
• Identify which product decisions require evidence first
• Shape the product strategy for the area with product leadership and domain experts
• Shape the product organization’s intake, prioritization, and operating rhythm as it scales
• Help define the standard for product management at BLP
• Work with the stream-aligned team, other SATs, platform teams, customers, key users, founders, and domain experts

Требования:

• Track record of shipping enterprise B2B software that customers adopted
• Entrepreneurial judgment and comfort operating with incomplete information
• Ability to choose a direction and own the result
• Experience in product discovery
• Ability to hold a position with engineers, sales, and executives while maintaining relationships
• Fluent English
• Nice to have: experience working in an empowered product model, enterprise ERP or finance exposure, experience with AI or agentic products in production including reliability, evaluation, and trust in enterprise settings, German.
