INEXTO, a global leader in Authentication, Secure Serialization, Track & Trace, and Production Volume Verification, is seeking a Software Support Engineer to join our Madrid-based team. You will work on second-level application support, coordinating with our European development teams, and ensuring reliable, user-friendly solutions.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in a Software or IT environment, strong SQL skills, Windows Server and IIS knowledge, and excellent English.

Formación

• 3+ years in a Software or IT environment
• Good SQL language knowledge (queries, etc.)
• Basic SQL Server and IIS knowledge
• Good understanding of network protocols (TCP/UDP)
• Good knowledge of the Windows environment, including Windows Server
• Customer-oriented, solution-oriented, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills
• Willingness to travel from time to time
• Very good English level (spoken and written)

Responsabilidades

• Manage second-level application support
• Create and monitor support requests with our ticketing tool
• Filter and fix issues and elevate if necessary
• Ensure communication with our development teams in Europe
• Investigate logs/traces on Microsoft systems
• Support the integration of our solution in various industries and customers
