INEXTO, a global leader in Authentication, Secure Serialization, Track & Trace, and Production Volume Verification, seeks a Software Support Engineer for our Madrid office. You will join a professional team, applying technical and analytical skills to support secure, user-friendly applications that make a real market impact.

The role requires 3+ years in IT, strong SQL/SQL Server/IIS basics, Windows expertise, and excellent English.

Formación

• 3+ years in a Software or IT environment.
• Good SQL language knowledge.
• Basic SQL Server and IIS knowledge.
• Understanding of TCP/UDP network protocols.
• Good knowledge of the Windows environment, including Windows Server.
• Customer-oriented, solution-oriented, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Willingness to travel from time to time.
• Very good English level (spoken and written).

Responsabilidades

• Manage second-level application support.
• Create and monitor support requests with our ticketing tool.
• Filter and fix issues and escalate if necessary.
• Ensure communication with our development teams in Europe.
• Investigate logs/traces on Microsoft systems.
• Support the integration of our solution in various industries and customers.
