MERLIN Edged is seeking a Data Center Junior Operations Engineer to join our team in Vitoria, Spain. You will work under the Data Center Site Manager, supporting maintenance, operations and project delivery across facilities, with a focus on sustainable and efficient data center practices.

You will collaborate with regional teams, contribute to reports, budgets, and process improvements, and gain exposure to cutting-edge modular, waterless, carbon-neutral data center technology.

Formación

• Valuable financial knowledge.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 and data analysis tools.
• Experience with Power BI and data analysis software.

Responsabilidades

• Support management in maintenance, operations, projects, security and cleaning of facilities.
• Supervise services execution at a technical level.
• Assist in personnel management (training, recruitment, labor relations).
• Ensure compliance with internal policies on Risk Prevention, Health and Safety and Quality.

We are seeking for a Data Center Facility Manager to join our team, working directly with our Regional Service Manager and Data Center Site Managers and be responsible for developing, rolling out, and continuously improving site customers' projects, services, and reports

Key Responsibilities

Include but are not limited to:

• Support Management in Maintenance, Operations, Projects, Security and Cleaning of the assigned facilities.
• Provide support in the supervision of the execution of services at a technical level.
• Provide support in personnel management (training, selection, labor relations).
• Provide support in the supervision of compliance with internal policies and procedures in Risk Prevention, Health and Safety and Quality.
• Provide support in the supervision of the methodologies implemented.
• Provide support in the preparation of budgets.
• Provide support in the generation of reports.
