MERLIN Edged Data Centers is seeking a Command Center Manager to oversee the regional operations control center, coordinating 24/7 activities across multiple data center sites in the Iberian Peninsula. You will drive incident management, governance, and performance reporting to ensure service levels and reliability.

The role requires an engineering background, strong leadership, and experience with CMMS/EAM systems, Power BI, and DCIM/BMS platforms.

Formación

Experience leading 24/7 operational support environments.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to distill operational data into actionable insights.
Background in a technical field or equivalent experience is preferred.
5 years of leadership experience in mature engineering or operations environments.

Responsabilidades

Lead and manage the 24/7 Regional Command Center across multiple sites.
Monitor and coordinate operational activities, ensuring adherence to processes and procedures.
Coordinate incident management, escalation, and communications.
Support site leadership to achieve operational objectives and service targets.
Review and optimize asset maintenance programs and documentation.
Ensure data governance for asset and maintenance records across systems.
Produce performance reports and dashboards to drive reliability and efficiency.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives and cross-site standardization.
