Xiaomi Iberia is seeking a motivated intern to support onboarding products on e-commerce platforms, refresh listings, and maintain digital assets. You will monitor daily metrics and provide data-driven insights to stakeholders as part of the online business team.

Responsibilities also include handling PSI reports, inventory and sales indicators, and basic finance/billing tasks such as uploading invoices and reconciling with suppliers.

Formación

• Enrolled at a Spanish university, major in a Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in business administration, finance or a similar field of study.
• Proficient in Spanish and Chinese.
• Good knowledge of MS office, especially Excel.
• Can work independently and collaboratively across diverse teams, departments and levels.
• Structured way of working, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Support product on-boarding To-Dos on e-comm platforms, maintain and update product listing, refresh digital assets and copies regularly.
• Monitor daily operational metrics, provide data-driven insights to stakeholders.
• Manage PSI report for online business, analyse and keep on track key indicators as inventory, sales, turnover rate, etc.
• Other finance/billing works, including but not limited to uploading invoices/CNs and track the status, reconciliation with suppliers and clients.
