IE University in Madrid is seeking an experienced ERP Analyst to join its IT Department, focusing on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. You will support, optimize, and integrate ERP processes, collaborating with business teams and external partners to ensure efficient operations.

The role requires 3+ years with D365 F&O, strong analytical and communication skills, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.

Formación

• 3+ years hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
• Experience supporting ERP environments in medium to large organizations.
• Experience participating in ERP implementation, enhancement, or transformation projects.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional business teams and external vendors.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into ERP solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
• Support, configure, maintain, and optimize D365 F&O modules and related business processes.
• Work closely with functional departments to identify opportunities for process improvement and system automation.
• Manage and coordinate ERP-related incidents, service requests, and enhancements.
• Participate in ERP implementation, upgrade, testing, and deployment activities.
• Define and execute functional and integration testing plans.
• Collaborate with development teams and external vendors to deliver technical solutions.
• Design, monitor, and support integrations between Dynamics 365 and other enterprise applications using Microsoft integration technologies.
• Create and maintain system documentation, process flows, and technical specifications.
• Provide end-user training and support when required.
• Stay up to date with Microsoft technology trends, especially in ERP, automation, AI, and intelligent agents.
