gategroup is seeking a D365 Systems Analyst to bridge business stakeholders with technical teams in Madrid. You will gather requirements, translate them into D365 F&O solutions, and support integrations, with a focus on finance, supply chain, and projects.

You will own system design, drive UAT, and assist with deployments, while ensuring governance and data integrity across interfaces.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, information technology or computer science.
• At least 5 years’ experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.
• 3–5 years’ experience in supply chain or manufacturing environments.
• Proven experience as a D365 Systems Analyst or Functional Consultant.
• Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
• Experience producing functional design documents and business process maps.
• Understanding of core finance and/or supply chain processes.
• Experience supporting integrations and data imports/exports.
• Agile or hybrid delivery experience.
• Microsoft D365 or Power Platform certifications advantageous.
• Basic understanding of X++ and system customizations.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with finance, operations, and IT teams to understand business processes and requirements.
• Document functional requirements, process flows, and business scenarios.
• Translate business needs into functional designs aligned with D365 best practices.
• Act as a trusted advisor on system capabilities and limitations.
• Configure and support D365 F&O modules (Finance, Supply Chain, Projects).
• Participate in system design workshops and solution reviews.
• Support system enhancements, change requests, and minor customizations.
• Ensure solutions align with governance, security, and compliance standards.
• Create and execute UAT test scripts.
• Support business users during testing cycles and validate prior to deployment.
• Assist with release planning and post-deployment support.
• Support integrations between D365 and external systems.
• Assist with data migration, data validation, and master data governance.
• Support batch jobs, interfaces, and data management processes.
• Act as second- or third-line support for D365-related issues.
• Investigate and resolve functional defects.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation.
• Contribute to system documentation and knowledge sharing.
