Allianz Technology is recruiting a Program/Project Manager to lead the Dynamics 365 CRM rollout across the group. You will define the operating model, governance, and delivery cadence while aligning to business outcomes and stakeholder needs.

You will own program finances and risks, coordinate cross-entity onboarding, and liaise with partners and governance bodies to ensure successful implementation and ongoing value delivery.

Formación

• 6+ years in Program/Project Management within enterprise IT, ideally CRM/ERP rollouts across a large organization.
• Functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales, Customer Service, or Marketing).
• Comfortable handling incomplete scope and building structure into it.
• Strong financial and risk management skills: budgeting, forecasting, scope control.
• Fluent in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery models; ready to start immediately.

Responsabilidades

• Define the program vision, roadmap, and milestones for Dynamics 365 CRM adoption across operating entities.
• Set up the governance model for CRM as a managed service: SLAs, RACI, escalation paths, reporting cadence.
• Own program financials, risk, and scope — track dependencies and resolve issues before delivery.
• Coordinate onboarding of business units and operating entities onto the platform, including data migration and integration touchpoints.
• Act as the single point of contact between business stakeholders, implementation partners, and technology governance.
• Report progress, risk, and decisions to leadership on a regular cadence.
