Allianz Technology seeks a Program/Project Manager to lead the Dynamics 365 CRM transition as a managed service across the group. You will define the vision, roadmap, and governance, and become the long-term owner of the platform rollout across operating entities.

You will manage data migration, coordinate onboarding, and serve as the single point of contact between business units, partners, and technology governance, with regular leadership updates.

Formación

• 6+ years in Program/Project Management within enterprise IT, ideally on CRM or ERP platforms, with multi-entity rollouts.
• Functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales, Customer Service, or Marketing).
• Experience with incomplete scope and building structure into it; not waiting for handover.
• Strong financial and risk management—budgeting, forecasting, scope control.
• Fluent in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery models; ready to start immediately.
• Nice to have: PMP, PgMP, or PRINCE2 certification; Insurance or financial services background; Power Platform or Azure integrations.
• Familiarity with AI technologies and GenAI platforms is a strong advantage.

About The Job

Allianz Technology is centralizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM as a managed service across multiple operating entities. We're looking for a Program/Project Manager to lead this transition end-to-end — from operating model and governance to day-to-day delivery — and become the long-term owner of the platform's rollout across the group.

What You Do

• Define the program vision, roadmap, and milestones for Dynamics 365 CRM adoption across operating entities, aligned to business outcomes.
• Set up the governance model for CRM as a managed service: SLAs, RACI, escalation paths, and reporting cadence.
• Own program financials, risk, and scope — track dependencies and resolve issues before they hit delivery.

What You Bring

• 6+ years in Program/Project Management within enterprise IT, ideally on CRM or ERP platforms, with a track record delivering multi-stakeholder, multi-entity rollouts across a large organization.
• Functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Sales, Customer Service, or Marketing modules)
• Comfortable working with incomplete scope and building structure into it, rather than waiting for it to be handed over.
• Strong financial and risk management skills — budgeting, forecasting, scope control.
• Fluent in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery models. Ready to start immediately and build momentum from day one.
• Nice to have: PMP, PgMP, or PRINCE2 certification; Insurance or financial services background; Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) or Azure integrations.
• Familiarity with AI technologies and GenAI platforms is a strong advantage.
