WW Talents is hiring a Dutch-speaking Customer Support Representative to join an international team in Greece. You will deliver high-quality support across chat, email and phone, handling accounts and inquiries with strong problem-solving skills.

Requirements include native Dutch (C1 preferred), fluent English, excellent written communication, and solid MS Office skills. The role is full-time with relocation support and comprehensive training for career growth.

Formación

• Native or near-native Dutch (C1 preferred)
• Fluent English
• Excellent written communication
• Strong computer literacy and internet navigation
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Previous customer support experience is an advantage but not required

Responsabilidades

• Provide professional customer support via chat, call, email.
• Assist customers with account-related questions and general service inquiries.
• Troubleshoot issues and guide customers toward effective solutions.
• Handle account management requests and service-related concerns.
• Escalate complex cases when necessary while ensuring timely resolution.
• Accurately document customer interactions and case resolutions.
• Stay up to date with products, tools, and internal processes.
• Meet quality and productivity targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
