WW Talents in Greece is seeking a Dutch Speaking Customer Service Representative to support Dutch-speaking customers by phone, email and other digital channels in Athens.

You will work in an international environment, using Dutch daily while communicating in English with colleagues and internal teams. Relocation assistance is provided for candidates moving to Greece.

The role is full-time (40 hours/week) with onboarding and training to help you settle quickly.

Formación

• Fluent Dutch language (C1/C2)
• Good English communication
• Experience in customer service or related roles preferred

Responsabilidades

• Provide Dutch-speaking customer support via phone, email and other channels.
• Respond to questions and complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Resolve issues and escalate complex cases when needed.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and internal tools.
• Follow service procedures and meet KPIs.
