WW Talents is hiring a Dutch-Speaking Customer Support Representative to provide high-quality customer service across various products and services in Greece. You will resolve inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and deliver an outstanding customer experience.

The role requires native or near-native Dutch (C1 preferred) and fluent English. You will work full-time, with a relocation package and ongoing training to support career growth in a global organization.

Formación

• Native or near-native Dutch (C1 preferred).
• Fluent English.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Strong computer literacy and internet navigation skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous customer support experience is an advantage but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide professional customer support via chat, call, email.
• Assist customers with account-related questions and general service inquiries.
• Troubleshoot issues and guide customers toward effective solutions.
• Handle account management requests and service-related concerns.
• Escalate complex cases when necessary while ensuring timely resolution.
• Accurately document customer interactions and case resolutions.
• Stay up to date with products, tools, and internal processes.
• Meet quality and productivity targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
