WW Talents is hiring for a Dutch-speaking Customer Support Representative to join our international team in Greece. You will provide high-quality support across products and services, resolving inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and delivering an outstanding customer experience.

We offer a comprehensive relocation package and onboarding, with a full-time schedule, 5 days per week, 8 hours per day, plus ongoing coaching and development as you build a global customer-support career.

Formación

• Native or near-native Dutch (at least C1 preferred).
• Fluent English.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Strong computer literacy and internet navigation skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous customer support experience is an advantage but not required.
• A customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide professional customer support via chat, call, email.
• Assist customers with account-related questions and general service inquiries.
• Troubleshoot issues and guide customers toward effective solutions.
• Handle account management requests and service-related concerns.
• Escalate complex cases when necessary while ensuring timely resolution.
• Accurately document customer interactions and case resolutions.
• Stay up to date with products, tools, and internal processes.
• Meet quality and productivity targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
