Get Work Abroad in Valencia is hiring for Dutch speakers to join an international customer support team. You'll assist Dutch customers by phone, email and chat about orders, products, returns and deliveries, and collaborate with internal teams.

No prior customer service experience required; full training provided. The office offers breakfast, lunches, health insurance, language lessons, help finding accommodation and NIE, plus team events.

Qualifications

• Dutch speaker with good English
• Outgoing and social in a busy office
• Patient and able to understand customer needs
• Organised and detail-oriented
• Willing to move to Valencia or already living there

Responsibilities

• Help Dutch-speaking customers by phone, email and chat
• Answer questions about orders, products, returns and deliveries
• Collaborate with internal teams when a case needs multiple people
• Keep customer records up to date for continuity
