Ww Talents is hiring a Dutch-Speaking Customer Support Agent to join an international team in Greece. This remote role offers 5 days a week, 8-hour shifts, and a salary of €1,300–€1,500 gross per month paid across 14 salaries, plus training and onboarding.

You will handle Dutch customer inquiries via phone, chat and email, assist with product details, orders, deliveries and returns, and follow scripts to ensure high service quality.

Formación

• Fluent/native-level Dutch
• English B2 or higher
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-focused and solution-oriented mindset

Responsabilidades

• Provide professional customer support in Dutch via inbound phone, chat, and email
• Assist customers with product and service inquiries
• Resolve customer inquiries efficiently while maintaining high service quality
• Follow established processes, procedures, and scripts
• Maintain a positive, helpful, and customer-focused approach
