WW Talents is hiring a German-speaking Customer Support Agent in Athens. You will assist business customers via chat and email, delivering high-quality service while working remotely within Greece. The role includes relocation support and onboarding training.

The ideal candidate speaks German at a near-native level and fluent English, with strong written communication and MS Office knowledge. Full-time work with rotating shifts and onboarding coaching are offered.

Formación

• German native or near-native (C1) level required.
• Fluent English communication skills (spoken and written).
• Excellent written communication and ability to document interactions clearly.

Responsabilidades

• Provide professional customer support to business customers.
• Handle inquiries via phone and chat and deliver comprehensive support.
• Accurately document all customer interactions in the system.
• Continuously learn new tools, products, and processes.
