Job summary

EcoVadis is looking for an Account Executive, Network Growth, who speaks Dutch and English to drive supplier recruitment across Benelux and UK from Barcelona. You will engage buyers and suppliers, manage a high-volume outreach program, and partner with cross-functional teams to accelerate onboarding and adoption of EcoVadis ratings.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a customer-facing or sales role.
• Fluency in Dutch and English.
• Cold-calling experience.
• Proficiency with Salesforce or other CRMs.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative and international team.
• Location: Barcelona - hybrid.
• Contract: Full time.

Responsibilities

• Value Based Selling to prospects across Benelux and UK via phone, email and webinars.
• Improve response rates and articulate strategic business value of EcoVadis ratings.
• Nurture lead pool to maximize conversion and revenue.
• Identify high-value prospects and perform outbound outreach.
• Handle objections with consultative approach.
• Own metrics for conversion, call volume and pipeline velocity.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success and other units.
