Cross Border Talents in Madrid seeks a Studio Game Host to greet customers for the Dutch market, handling inquiries via phone, chat, or email on site in Madrid.

You will escalate issues when needed and maintain accurate case notes while delivering quality service to players and partners.

You'd be the first person customers reach when something needs sorting out - the role rewards patience and clear communication.

What you'd be doing:

• Keep internal systems and case notes accurate and current
• Resolve issues efficiently without cutting corners on quality

What we're looking for:

• Comfortable communicating in Dutch at a professional level
• Eligible to work in the EU (citizenship, valid permit, or equivalent)
• Right to work in the country without sponsorship required
• Solid working English alongside your Dutch
