Nordic Jobs Worldwide is seeking a Dutch-speaking customer support agent to join our Malaga/Benalmádena team in a full-time office-based role. You will handle end-user inquiries by phone and email, provide friendly, solution-focused support, and grow with a people-centered company that values trust and teamwork.

Formación

• Speaks Dutch natively and has a high level of English.
• Curious, driven and able to work by themselves.
• Can handle technical installation questions and provide end-user technical support.
• Technical interest and prior experience is a plus, but not required.
• Experience with customer support and delivering great service by phone and email.
• Communicates well verbally and in writing, and connects with people.
