WW Talents is seeking Dutch-speaking Customer Support Agents to join international teams in Athens or Thessaloniki, Greece. The role involves handling inquiries via phone, email, and chat, with on-site working location and relocation support.

Fluent Dutch and strong English are required, along with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, providing professional support, and maintaining CRM case records.

• Explain product and service information clearly to customers.
• Manage customer interactions and case information using CRM systems and internal tools.
• Escalate complex issues when necessary and follow up until resolution.
• Maintain accurate documentation and meet quality and performance targets.

We are looking for Dutch-Speaking Customer Support Agents to join international teams in Athens and Thessaloniki. Depending on the project, you may provide customer service, after-sales support, technical assistance, claims support, or support for business customers.

Working Location: Athens or Thessaloniki, Greece

Work Model: On-site

Language: Dutch – C1/C2 level

English: B2–C1, depending on the project

Salary: €1,300–€1,500 gross/month +bonus (depending on the project)+Full relocation package (hotel accommodation+airport pick up+flight ticket+real estate agency fee)

Working Schedule: Monday–Friday, with occasional weekend shifts depending on the project

Applicants must already have the legal right to work in Greece. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position
