Job summary

WW Talents is seeking Dutch-speaking Customer Support Agents to join international teams in Athens or Thessaloniki, Greece. On-site with Monday–Friday schedule and occasional weekend shifts.

Responsibilities include handling inquiries via phone, email and chat, providing professional support, troubleshooting issues, and escalating when needed. Dutch C1/C2 and English B2-C1 required depending on project; relocation package offered.

Qualifications

We are looking for Dutch-Speaking Customer Support Agents to join international teams in Athens and Thessaloniki. Depending on the project, you may provide customer service, after-sales support, technical assistance, claims support, or support for business customers

Working Location: Athens or Thessaloniki, Greece

Work Model: On-site

Language: Dutch - C1/C2 level

English: B2-C1, depending on the project

Salary: €1,300 gross/month (paid over 14-months) + bonus (depending on the project)+Full relocation package (4 weeks hotel accommodation+airport pick up+flight ticket+real estate agency fee)

Working Schedule: Monday-Friday, with occasional weekend shifts depending on the project

Applicants must already have the legal right to work in Greece. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position
