Canon Greece is seeking enthusiastic, Dutch-speaking professionals to join our consumer support team. You will assist Dutch customers via inbound calls, emails, and live chats, handling product inquiries, order updates, and basic setup questions while using translation tools when needed.

Formación

• Language: Native Dutch or C1 and working English (B2) for training/systems.
• Techsavvy: Good PC knowledge, Windows or Mac OS, faster typing speed (≥25 wpm).
• Mindset: Customer-oriented with problem-solving vibes.
• Ready for adventure: excited to relocate and join an international community.

Responsabilidades

• Assist Dutch-speaking customers via inbound calls, emails, and live chats.
• Help with product inquiries, order updates, and basic setup questions; troubleshoot issues.
• Use translation tools to support customers across written channels as needed.
• Learn both Customer Care and Technical Support workflows.
