Next Job Abroad is searching for a Dutch-speaking customer service representative in Valencia. This role involves assisting customers with premium espresso and kitchen appliances, offering guidance and troubleshooting.

Formación

• Native or C1-level fluency in Dutch and B2-C1 in English.
• Comfortable with computers and a typing speed of at least 25 words per minute.
• Enthusiastic personality who enjoys interaction with customers.

Responsabilidades

• Handle inbound calls, emails, and chats from Dutch-speaking customers.
• Provide after-sales support for coffee and kitchen appliance users.
• Utilize CRM software to manage customer interactions.
