CB Talents is searching for a Dutch-speaking Agent to join their team. This remote position involves providing customer support to truck drivers facing breakdowns. You will be the first point of contact, ensuring timely and efficient resolutions to various inquiries.

The ideal candidate must have proficiency in Dutch and English, previous experience in customer service, and strong PC skills. A productivity bonus and training opportunities are included in the contract.

Formación

• Experience in call centre or customer service is preferred.
• Familiarity with knowledge systems is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of vehicle roadside assistance procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the primary point of contact for truck breakdowns.
• Manage cases within CRM system accurately.
• Dispatch appropriate assistance for breakdown situations.
• Handle customer inquiries across multiple channels.
• Deliver professional and empathetic service.
• Document interactions effectively to resolve issues.

Conocimientos

Dutch proficiency (C1 or native)

English proficiency (B2)

PC knowledge including MS Office

Typing speed of at least 25 words per minute
