WW Talents is hiring a Customer Support Specialist to provide support via phone, email, and digital channels for customers in the Netherlands and beyond. You will handle registration, onboard unit requests, toll questions, payments, and account management while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Fluent Dutch and strong English, along with excellent communication and problem-solving skills, are essential.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer support via phone, email, and digital channels.
• Assist customers with registration and account-related inquiries.
• Support drivers and transport & logistics companies using the Dutch truck tolling system.
• Answer questions related to roads across the Netherlands.
• Assist with onboard unit requests, toll payments, and customer accounts.
• Support revenue collection and debt communication activities.
• Promote relevant services where applicable.
• Accurately document customer interactions and follow internal procedures.
• Deliver professional, empathetic, and efficient customer support.
